That was Thursday night and I haven't heard anything yet, If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I'm going to call them back and see what they say. He updated the bio's and tried several things but nothing worked. He said the computer for some reason doesn't recognize that it's a dell system. He said he had never ran into this before and could be a system wide problem. After about two hours he gave up and said he was sending me to step three with the problem and they would call me or email with the fix. I then called Dell and they sent me on to the second stage to the expert and he had me download a program so he could see what was going on, on this computer.

I went to the manufactures sight and didn't find any help but I did get a response and they sent me an email wanting the serial number and they would get back to me. I got a couple of blu-ray movies but they wouldn't work, the program that they ran on said it had to be upgraded in order to run so I clicked on upgrade and when the installer started it said it could only be installed on a dell computer system and stopped. I was eagerly awaiting to hear how Blu-Ray movies would look on it.
